Summary

・Hikibake is a deer hair brush used in the dyeing technique called “Hikizome (引き染め)", which technique is mainly used for dyeing kimonos, our “Hiki-bake” brushes are also used by many kimono craftsmen.
・The Hikizome (引染め) is a brush-dyeing process to dye the entire fabric evenly with this Hikibake.

Notes

・Hikibake should be soaked in water for one hour prior to use. After use, they should be washed well in hot water and then dried in a well-ventilated place
・Made in Japan

・For Hikizome, use a dye liquid several dozen times more concentrated than normal.
