This threads are thinner, slightly more fine-grained, and smoother than the normal Tenugui fabric.

Summary
Tenugui are traditional Japanese cotton towels that have been used in Japanese homes since the 9th century. The word "Tenugui" comes from the characters for "hand" and "wipe." This cloth is a dyeable whitened fabric.
