Q. Can I choose pickup instead of shipping?
Yes! On the checkout page, you can.

Q. Do you know how much tax the customs will charge?
Please note that we are not obligated to pay any customs duty if one occurs. Especially, for customers in the EU, the customs normally charge the taxes after the shipment. Then, for EU and UK customers, due to customs duties, it may be cheaper to place two or three orders of "less than 150 EUR/GBP" for a total cost of less. Please check it in advance.

Q. Which countries does Aikuma send the items to?
For over 200 countries. The list is here.


Q. Can I ask how to use the items?
Please note that there is no correct way to use the materials because this is art! We explain some pieces of advice on the items page, but this is just an example. If you join some workshops, then maybe it will be helpful.


Q. Are there any resellers?
No. We are only serving the items to you directly.
